Memberships

The Board of Directors agreed to endorsed and adopted guidelines for the process of membership approval as follows:-

Provincial approval:
Provisional approval is to granted on the date an application accompanied with proper fees is received.

Official approval:
Official approval will be granted during the following month's regular board meeting.
If a new application is so approved, the effective date will be retroactive to the date of receipt.
If an application is not approved, the Board must advised the applicant of the reasons and all the fees paid refunded in full.
